Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament

Exposition & adoration of the Blessed Sacrament takes place on Tuesdays from 6 — 9:30 p.m. and on Wednesdays immediately following the Noon Mass until 3:45 p.m. in the St. Joan of Arc Chapel. This is a great opportunity offered each week to pray before the Blessed Sacrament. Come for five minutes or a full hour whenever works for your schedule.

Student volunteers who commit to a weekly half hour time spot for the semester are also needed. For more information or to volunteer, please contact Fr. Nathaniel Romano, S.J.

Prayer before the reposed Blessed Sacrament is available in the Eucharistic Chapel in the Alumni Memorial Union, St. Thérèse of Lisieux Chapel in the Commons, and St. Joan of Arc Chapel whenever these spaces are open.

Holy Hour & Social

Join us for our regular on-campus Holy Hours, offered in the Chapel of the Holy Family. Each Holy Hour involves Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, Eucharistic Adoration with song and silence, opportunities to receive the sacrament of reconciliation, and end with Solemn Benediction. Afterwards, all are welcome to join us in the Camus Ministry office (AMU 236) for a social with light appetizers, desserts, and refreshment!

Each Holy Hour runs 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., with the social immediately following. For the 2024-2025 academic year, Holy Hours and socials will be offered on the following dates:

Fall Semester: Nov 7 & Nov 21
Spring Semester: Jan 23, Feb 6, Feb 20, Mar 6, Mar 20, Apr 3, Apr 24

Taizé (Ecumenical)

Taizé Prayer is filled with song, scripture and silent meditation. This ecumenical form of prayer is modeled on the style as practiced in the Taizé Community in France.

If you are interested in a kind of worship opportunity which you do not see represented here, please feel free to contact Fr. Nathaniel Romano, S.J., Assistant Director of Campus Ministry for Liturgical Programs.
