Assistant Dean, Graduate School of Management

Karen has served as the Assistant Dean of Graduate Programs since 2022.  In this role, she oversees the MBA program and operations for the Graduate School of Management.  She works closely with faculty colleagues to support Graduate School of Management master’s programs and certificates.  Karen is passionate about the ways education can advance opportunities for individuals to pursue their goals and contribute to organizations and our community.

Previously, Karen served as the Business Career Center Director for the College of Business Administration. In this role, she oversaw the College of Business Administration’s formal career and professional development programs including Business Career Center operations, the LEAD course sequence, and career-related programs that connected students, employers, and alumni.

Karen holds a Certificate in Data Science (2023) and Master of Educational Leadership with emphasis in College Student Personnel (2008) from Marquette University and a B.A. from Northwestern University.
