AIM Industry Relations Manager

Carol Winkel is AIM’s industry relations manager. She manages alumni and employer relations, marketing/branding of the newly enhanced program and major, and outreach to potential students both at Marquette and in top-performing high schools. She also contributes to the current AIM student experience through internship placement support, campus career-building opportunities, and regional trips to key markets like New York and Chicago, along with other program administration responsibilities.

Carol is a proud alumna of the College of Business Administration and a Marquette Business parent. Her Marquette career spans more than two decades and includes time as director of governmental and community relations, director of alumni engagement, and a senior writer on University Advancement’s communications team.
