Alisa Alaudini Nagle received a Bachelor of Science in human resources management from the Max M. Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University and an M.S. in management from Central Michigan University.

Alisa has been teaching at Marquette University since 2017 and joined the fulltime faculty in 2024. She brings 30 years of global industry and leadership experience in HR, labor relations, recruitment, rewards, talent development, coaching, and strategy roles. 

She held global leadership roles at Ford Motor Company, and Johnson Controls Inc. and focused her efforts on global growth, culture, and organization enablement. She has a hands-on, positive and supportive leadership style and brings that same style and focus to her students at Marquette University.

Alisa was a Featured leader in The Road to the Top is Not on the Map: Conversations with Top Women in Industry. She is a certified coach and trainer and holds leadership, coaching, and advising roles with not-for-profits. She is a student of Milwaukee history and architecture and serves as a historic Milwaukee tour guide, loves to garden, and is a fitness enthusiast.
