If you are visiting the Ott for a required conference or for extra credit, you may want us to send documentation to your instructor.  We're happy to help: here's how it works.

1. 1. Complete your visit to the Ott.
   2. Fill out this form. (Note: we believe in writer-tutor confidentiality, so we never get into the details of conversations with instructors.  Using this form, YOU will tell your instructor when you visited, what you talked about, and what your plans for revision are.)
   3. After you fill out this form, our reception staff will confirm that you visited the Ott at the stated time, then forward your description to the professor and to you.
