Nursing students have the opportunity to participate in the Air Force, Army or Navy ROTC, and ROTC students are held in high esteem in the College of Nursing. ROTC students' required military courses fit within the nursing curriculum and can be used as elective credits.

Marquette was selected by the Army for excellence as a Partner in Nursing Education and has the largest Navy Nursing ROTC in the nation.
