Graduate Student Health Care

We take the Jesuit educational principle cura personalis (care for the whole person) very seriously at Marquette University Graduate School. This value is expressed through our desire to listen to our students and to help them sort through services and needs during the graduate education experience. We are always mindful that a student is more than just a mind and that health and wellness is of the utmost importance.

Available Health Insurance Options for Marquette Graduate Students

As a result of the Affordable Care Act, most Marquette students are entitled to coverage through age 26 under health care policies purchased by their parents.

Health insurance can be purchased through the health insurance exchanges.  Finally, for access to convenient and affordable health care services, students may sign up for the Marquette University Medical Clinic at the cost of $163 per semester or access the clinic on a fee-for-service basis.
