PARKING FOR FACULTY AND STAFF

Faculty and staff parking permits will not automatically renew this summer as they did with the last renewal period. Employee parkers who wish to renew their parking permit must submit a renewal application through the "Manage Your Parking Account" portal. Faculty and staff parking permits expire on Aug. 15 if not renewed; 10-month permits expire on June 15. Renewed permits go into effect August 1.

 

2024-2026 Faculty/Staff Parking:

  • All staff and faculty permits will expire 7/31/26 (12-month); 5/31/26 (10 month).

Permit distribution in July

Vinyl parking permit stickers and display instructions will be sent through campus mail in July. Contact Parking Services if you do not receive your sticker in your campus mailbox by Friday, July 26. Vinyl parking permit stickers must be displayed on the rear exterior passenger side window by August 16; those not properly displaying their permit sticker run the risk of being ticketed.

To request a new permit, cancel a permit or request a change to a existing parking assignment, please email Parking Services. Employees will need their university identification number and vehicle information (make, model, color, state license and license number) to submit a request. Please note that Parking Services cannot guarantee approval of parking assignment requests.
