Advent and Christmas

Mental well-being

  • Rev. Ryan Duns, S.J., assistant chair and professor of theology, can talk about embracing the human need for community, the gift of gratitude and reducing screentime during the holidays. Email him at ryan.duns@marquette.edu.
  • Dr. Lynne Knobloch-Fedders, associate professor of counselor education and counseling psychology, can provide tips for managing mental health and stress around the holiday season. Email her at lynne.knobloch-fedders@marquette.edu.
