Library Launches 2020 LibQual+ Survey

January 2020—Raynor Memorial Libraries launches patron satisfaction survey. Raynor Memorial Libraries is launching a short survey to measure student and faculty satisfaction with library collections and services. Designed and administered by the Association of Research Libraries’ LibQual+ service, the survey and its results will help ensure the library continues to meet the expectations and needs of the campus.

All regular faculty and a random sampling of undergraduate and graduate students will receive the survey via e-mail on January 21 (excluding the law school); the survey period will close February 3. If you receive the survey, please complete it; your insights are important to the library. Anyone who completes the survey—which takes about eight minutes—will be eligible for a prize drawing.
