Proof of English Proficiency

English as Official Language of Instruction

International students whose official language of instruction for their bachelor's degree (or master's, if applicable) was not English must submit proof of English proficiency, which is generally evidenced with an official TOEFL or IELTS exam score. The Duolingo English Test is not an acceptable proof of English proficiency. If applicants are citizens of a county where the language of instruction was English, they may be waived from submitting a TOEFL or IELTS (see list of countries below).
