The 2024-2025 My Wellness program year runs from September 1, 2024 through August 15, 2025.
Through the My Wellness portal, you will have access to health improvement modules, on-demand wellness videos, personal health assessments, Wellbeing Place blog, wellness challenges, and monthly newsletters and webinars.
There are a number of ways to earn points toward rewards, such as seeing a primary care provider, getting a flu shot, moving 8,000 steps in a day, and many more. See below for the full list of activities and associated point values.
All employees and spouses can participate in the My Wellness program and are eligible to win prizes. Each quarter, participants will earn raffle entries based on the amount of points they have earned. At the end of each quarter, 50 participants will win $50 gift cards from this raffle.
Employees and spouses enrolled in a Marquette medical plan can also earn FSA/HSA contributions for 2026 based on the level achieved in the My Wellness portal by August 15, 2025. Rewards are detailed in the chart below.

- Go to Marquette.mywellportal.com.
- New users will select ‘Register for a new account’.
- Enter the code ‘marquette’.
- Create an account (create username and password of your choice).
- On the following page employees will enter their MU ID • Spouses will enter the employee’s MU ID + S + DOB (DOB = spouse's DOB in format dd/mm/yyyy).
- Select the ‘My Wellness’ tile on the homepage to enroll in the 2024-2025 program.
If you've enrolled in the past, you can start earning rewards for the 2024-2025 My Wellness year:
- Login to Marquette.mywellportal.com.
- Go to the Rewards page. Collect 25 points for starting your 2024-2025 Wellness Year.
- Continue logging your activity throughout the My Wellness Year to earn more points toward quarterly raffles and FSA/HSA credits for 2025.

Can my spouse who is not a Marquette employee participate?
Yes, your spouse can participate. If you are both enrolled in a Marquette medical plan, your FSA/HSA contribution for 2026 will be based on the points that both of you earn during the 2024-2025 wellness year.
Can I participate if I am not on a Marquette medical plan?
Yes, you and your spouse can still participate. However, neither you nor your spouse can earn Marquette contributions toward your FSA or HSA.
If I am not able to participate in certain aspects of the program due to a medical condition, what should I do?
Rewards for participating in Marquette University’s wellness program are available to all employees. If you think you might be unable to meet a standard for earning points under this wellness program, you can complete the Alternative Standard Waiver. You may qualify for an opportunity to earn the same reward by different means, or to have the requirement waived with a provider’s signature.
My Primary Care Provider (PCP) visit is between August 16, 2025 and August 31, 2025. Can I still earn 200 points for this activity?
Yes. You and your doctor should complete the PCP Verification Form. Email the completed form to benefits@marquette.edu by August 31, 2025 for 200 points.

Enroll In My Wellness Program

How to Earn Points: Visit the My Wellness page at marquette.mywellportal.com and click on this activity. Change the dial from ‘No’ to ‘Yes’ and click ‘Save’ to see your points update immediately. This activity may be completed one time.
Annual Primary Care Provider (PCP) Visit (Enrolled in a Marquette medical plan)
Complete an annual visit with your PCP to discuss your current health status. Exams completed between September 1, 2024 and August 15, 2025 will be accepted.
How to Earn Points: The points will be automatically uploaded to your Rewards page within 120 days of the visit with a PCP. Participants do not need to complete any form for these points to be uploaded. This activity may be completed one time.
Annual Primary Care Provider (PCP) Visit (Not enrolled in a Marquette medical plan)
This activity is for those that are not enrolled in a Marquette Medical Plan. Complete an annual visit with your PCP to discuss your current health status. Exams completed between September 1, 2024 – August 15, 2025 will be accepted.
How to Earn Points: Visit the My Wellness page at marquette.mywellportal.com and click on this activity. Change the dial from ‘No’ to ‘Yes’, upload your completed PCP Verification Form, and click ‘Save’ to see your points update immediately. This activity may be completed one time.
My Wellness Lifestyle Coaching
Health coaching is available on a variety of topics such a nutrition, heart health, exercise, weight loss, sleep hygiene, and more! Each coaching program consists of four sessions with your dedicated health coach. To enroll, call a Marquee Health Coach at 800.882.2109 or email coaching@marqueehealth.com and reference Marquette University. The deadline to enroll in a program to be eligible for points is July 12, 2025, and you must complete all four sessions to qualify. Participants are welcome to continue engaging in a coaching program beyond the four sessions, but only four sessions are required to earn points.
How to Earn Points: The points will be uploaded to your My Wellness page within 15 days of completing a telephonic or email health coaching program. This activity may be completed one time.
Preventive Care Visit/Age-Gender Appropriate Screening
Age or gender appropriate exams can include a dental exam, vision exam, mammogram, colonoscopy, prostate exam, skin cancer screening, well woman visit, or Tria Pharmacy visit.
How to Earn Points: Visit the My Wellness page at marquette.mywellportal.com and click on this activity. Change the dial from ‘No’ to ‘Yes’, enter the type of visit into the ‘Notes’ section and click ‘Save’ to see your points update immediately. This activity may be logged daily, for a maximum of four visits per year.
To get started, log into marquette.mywellportal.com, hover over the ‘Health Tools’ tab and select ‘Wellness Assessment’. Select the ‘Get Started’ button to begin. Upon completion, select the green ‘Submit’ button to submit your answers and receive your personal health results.

Prior to the beginning of a new challenge, you will receive information about what the challenge entails, how to register and how to track your participation. All challenge-related activities will be tracked within the ‘Challenges’ page at marquette.mywellportal.com.
How to Earn Points: The points will be uploaded to your My Wellness page within 15 days of completing a wellness challenge. When offered, this activity may be completed up to four times per year.
My Wellness Your Way Experience
Participate in any of the fun wellness experiences offered through Marquette University – GROW with Marquette class, Innovation Kitchen, Group Fitness, Meditation, or Financial Wellness Classes.
How to Earn Points: Visit the My Wellness page at marquette.mywellportal.com and click on this activity. Change the dial from ‘No’ to ‘Yes’, enter the name of the event into the ‘Notes’ section and click ‘Save’ to see your points update immediately. This activity may be logged weekly, for a maximum of ten events per year.
How many steps do you take each day? Make it your goal to achieve 8,000 steps!
Manually enter daily steps:
Click on the ‘My Wellness’ tile on the homepage of your portal. Click on this activity and select the day you wish to log your activity within the ‘Log Date’ section. Select the '8,000 Steps or More' option and click 'Save'.
Sync a compatible fitness device for automatic uploads:
- In the ‘My Wellness’ page on marquette.mywellportal.com, click the ‘Profile’ button in the Challenge Log toolbar.
- Click the Sync Device button in the My Progress tab.
- Use the drop-down list of Activity Trackers and select your personal device.
- Click Authorize. You may need to disable your pop-up blocker.
- Log in to your fitness device’s website and authorize your device to be connected.
- Click Save on your Profile.
- The initial sync will take 24-48 hours to connect. Manually tracking activity for the first 48 hours is recommended.
How to Earn Points: The points will be awarded to your My Wellness page after achieving 8,000 steps in a single day and manually entering that data or syncing a compatible fitness device. This activity may be completed daily, for a maximum of 200 points per year.
30 Minutes of Physical Activity Per Day
Employees may earn points for engaging in 30 minutes of physical activity per day. This can include activities like biking, swimming, fitness class, sport, hiking, gardening or any other activity that gets your blood pumping!
Manually enter physical activity:
Select the day you wish to log your activity within the ‘Log Date’ section. Select the '30 Minutes or More' option and click 'Save'.
How to Earn Points: The points will be awarded to your My Wellness Page after manually entering your physical activity data. This activity may be completed daily, for a maximum of 200 points per year.
