The LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group works to build a supportive and affirming atmosphere for LGBTQ+ staff and faculty at Marquette University. Our group organizes social and educational events for Marquette faculty and staff, who identify as LGTBQ+ or as allies.

ERG Highlights

-Monthly ERG meetings during the academic year

-Promote educational opportunities/resources with our members continuously throughout the year.

-Collaborate with LGTBQ+ student leaders and the Director of LGBTQ+ Resource Center to offer mutual support between both populations of faculty/staff and students.

-Develop inclusive initiatives that draw awareness to our ERG and the LGBTQ+ community on campus.
