MilwaukeeWI53201United States of America(414) 288-3547catherine.brammer@marquette.eduCatherine Brammer earned her Bachelors of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Miami University (OH) in 2007, and her Masters of Science in Speech Language Pathology from Marquette University in 2009. She also received her bilingual English-Spanish certificate through Marquette's BIES program in 2009. Catherine has ten years of experience working full-time as a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist within the public school setting in Wisconsin. She also has gained additional clinical experiences while studying and living abroad in Ecuador. Catherine currently provides clinical instruction to both graduate and undergraduate students in the Marquette University Speech and Hearing Clinic. Her clinical expertise lies in working with children ages 3 to 11 within the areas of bilingual speech and language development. Catherine has also provided services in identifying, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating students with speech and language delays and disorders within the following areas: articulation, phonology, fluency, receptive/expressive langauge, and social communication. She has directly provided therapy within the school setting to children within the disability areas of genetic disorders, emotional behavioral disabilities, intellectual disabilities, social communication disorders, specific learning disabilities, and significant developmental delays. She was thrilled to join Marquette's faculty part time in 2019.
