During periods of apartment vacancy, maintenance crews will assess the general condition, mechanical functionality, flooring condition, painting, and cleanliness of every apartment unit - managing any issues that need attention.

Emergency Maintenance

Please note that the main MUPD phone line is used to manage routine calls and maintenance emergencies (24-hours).  The MUPD emergency line is reserved for health and safety emergencies.
