JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Executes the daily operations of the intramural sports program which incorporates team, dual, and individual activities.
• Recruits, hires, trains, evaluates and provides direct supervision to student staff, including Intramural Sports Supervisors, Intramural Sports Office Staff, Student Marketing Team, and Intramural Sports Officials
• Maintains the intramural sports website (IMLeagues), which includes league information, including schedules, standings, team information, and rosters.
• Leads marketing efforts of the department throughout the residence halls and on campus with posters, flyers, videos, and digital marketing on the campus-wide AXIS TV's
• Organizes the annual Marquette Faculty/Staff Golf Outing
