Online Learning System
Desire2Learn (D2L) or https://d2l.mu.edu is your connection to online courses at Marquette. D2L is also known as Brightspace. Attention: College of Nursing students please see the notation below.
D2L:
- Is a secure interactive web-based learning tool
- Contains all course materials, including textbook information, syllabus, additional readings, etc.
- Allows students, faculty, team/group to exchange information
- All students will access Academic Integrity Tutorials through D2L
Several “How to videos” describing D2L navigation for courses, quizzes, assignments, group work and grades are available at MU Online Programs. You are encouraged to access the various videos and become familiar with D2L.
Try to access the D2L class site prior to the beginning of the term as faculty may post the syllabus and/or class assignments due the first day of class!
College of Nursing Students please note: Students in the Pleasant Prairie and Indianapolis programs use CANVAS as their web-based course learning tool. CANVAS is a secure, interactive learning tool where nursing students access their course materials.
Nursing students should use their username and password to log into CANVAS. When you are enrolled in either program, you will have a link in CANVAS titled Student Communication Course which provides additional information and tutorials on CANVAS.
