Billing Statements

Billing statements can be found online in your CheckMarq account and statements usually appear about two weeks after you register for classes. You will receive an email in your EMarq email when your statement is available to view.

It is your responsibility to view your bill and arrange payment by the due date. You have the option to enter up to two guest email addresses in your guest access account. The guest email will then receive bill notifications and will have the ability to pay account balances via credit card or e-payment.

Please note: If you have not registered for full-time studies at the time of your initial billing statement, the initial statement will only reflect charges for those classes for which you are registered. You will still need to pay the full-time tuition rate and any applicable fees. Full-time studies for undergraduate students is 12 credits and for graduate students 7 credits.

Payment Options

Marquette offers a variety of payment options. Please visit the payment information section of the Marquette Central website for detailed information.

Complete information about tuition, housing fees, and billing is available on the Marquette Central website.

Banking

Marquette has partnered with Town Bank to provide financial services for students and employee banking. The Town Bank branch is located on the first floor of the Alumni Memorial Union. It provides specialized services, including:

  • Student checking
  • Workplace banking
  • PC Banking/Bill pay
  • Internet banking
  • ATM locations throughout campus

There are several other banks within walking distance of the Marquette campus if you would prefer to work with another banking institution.

Do not carry large amounts of cash with you to open your account. Instead, bring traveler's checks, a bank check in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank, or arrange for a wire transfer to your new bank.
