The Office of University Apartments and Off-campus Student Services (UAOCSS) is part of the Office of Residence Life in the Division of Belonging and Student Affairs. The office was created in 1999 to better serve students living in the University Apartments, as well as those students who choose to live in privately-owned housing in the near-Marquette neighborhood.

In addition to maintaining this website, our office also provides mediation services, educational programming and materials for students living in the residence halls, and referrals to local agencies that can be of assistance to students for specific needs or concerns.
