MILWAUKEE — Noël Coward's Blithe Spirit will be presented by Marquette Theatre at the Evan P. & Marion Helfaer Theatre.

Blithe Spirit is a fast-paced comedy about a séance-gone-wrong. When cynical author Charles Condomine invites "happy medium" Madame Arcati into his home, she summons the ghost of his first wife, Elvira, and leaves Charles torn between his past and his present. The play will run:

• Thursday, Sept. 29, through Saturday, Oct. 1, at 7:30 p.m.
• Sunday, Oct. 2, at 2:30 p.m.
• Wednesday, Oct. 5, through Friday, Oct. 7, at 7:30 p.m.
• Saturday, Oct. 8, at 4 p.m.
• Sunday, Oct. 9, at 2:30 p.m.
