In recognition of the exceptional generosity of Geraldine “Nana” Fotsch and the entire Fotsch family, Marquette University established the Fotsch Innovation and Engineering Leadership Development (FIELD) Center in the Opus College of Engineering.

The FIELD Center serves as the home for the Excellence in Leadership (E-Lead) Program, and also offers several programs for working professionals interested in developing the capacity to lead innovation in their workplaces and through their lives.
