This includes but is not limited to escorting contractors, completing building facilities tours, making beds and delivering items for guest housing and services, and creating or improving tracking spreadsheets for summer work. Student Operations Crew also supports customer service success by ensuring that University guests have a comfortable, positive, and safe experience on campus. Preparation of guest materials and facilities is an essential function of the position. Student Operations Crew - Summer: Student workers provide support to the Office of Residence Life and Conference Services within the department of Facilities Planning & Management. This includes, but is not limited to, completing and assisting with tasks such as residential building turnover, inventory and set-up of furniture in residential spaces, collaborating with several other departments including New Student & Orientation Programs and Athletics. Student Operations Crew also supports customer service success by ensuring that University guests have a comfortable, positive, and safe experience on campus. Preparation of guest materials and facilities is an essential function of the position. Summer Operations Crew student workers will also collaborate on the summer-long process to prepare student living spaces for fall move-in.

This position offers full-time work with the option for overtime hours on weeknights and weekends. In addition, full-time student workers will also receive housing and some meals!
