Associate Director of Engineering and Innovation Leadership Development

As the associate director of engineering and innovation leadership development, Andrea assists with the design and implementation of several curricular and co-curricular leadership development programs in the Opus College of Engineering, including Excellence in Leadership (E-Lead). Andrea strives to help students cultivate the knowledge, values, attitudes, skills, and behaviors to be effective leaders of change in their communities.
