SENIOR DESIGN PROJECTS

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering is committed to preparing students for successful careers. Alongside courses in engineering, mathematics, and life sciences, students engage in various design challenges as part of their project-based capstone design course, which spans two-semester in their senior year. This multidisciplinary capstone course requires senior students to work in teams of three to six on a design project, applying current project management methodologies, including written reports, oral presentations, and developing a working prototype. Some of these projects are sponsored by our industry partners, giving students an opportunity to peek into the real world and gain experience and insights into various practices and technologies employed by industry.
