Order your Cap and Gown

Undergraduate students and graduates from the Graduate School and Graduate School of Management MUST order apparel online at Herff Jones by Saturday, April 6.

You are required to schedule an appointment via SignUpGenius to pick up your apparel on campus on one of the dates below.

You must have your Herff Jones order confirmation, printed out or on your phone, to pick up your apparel.

PLEASE NOTE: Students must apply for graduation before placing an order for academic apparel

Pleasant Prairie MSN Graduates do not need to schedule an appointment via the link above to pick up academic apparel. You will receive instructions on apparel pickup at the Pleasant Prairie campus from the College of Nursing

 

Cap and Gown Pickup

Tuesday, May 7
10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Wednesday, May 8
10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Thursday, May 9
10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Alumni Memorial Union, Monaghan Ballroom, 3rd Floor

There is no charge to the graduate for academic apparel, and pickup only takes a few minutes. If the student cannot pick up their own apparel, a friend or a relative may come in their place.     

 

Law, Dental, Health Sciences Professional and Pleasant Praire MSN Candidates

You must order your apparel online at Herff Jones by the deadline below. Your apparel will be distributed by your individual colleges. Please watch your MU email for details on the pickup of your apparel.

How Do I Return My Apparel After Commencement?

Undergraduates

Undergraduates may retain or recycle their “Renew” cap, gown and tassel. These keepsake gowns are produced from recycled post-consumer plastic bottles.

 

Graduate School, Graduate School of Management, Master of Athletic Training and Certificate in Medical Laboratory Science Candidates

Return academic apparel and hoods at the stations set up at the exit immediately following the ceremony at Fiserv Forum.

Caps and tassels may be retained as a keepsake.

If you would like to wear your apparel for the remainder of the afternoon for family photos, etc., you may choose to do so. We ask that you please return your apparel to the Alumni Memorial Union (AMU), Room 252, by Sunday evening or no later than Monday, May 13 (check for current AMU building hours). We appreciate your promptness on returning rented apparel.
