Dick wrote the book on legal aspects of corporate finance. Literally. The casebook of the same name has been adopted at 22 U.S. law schools and was written during Dick’s 37-year career as a global business lawyer. He retired from Clifford Chance and is currently an adjunct professor of law at Fordham University while serving as a special master of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York.
