WHAT TO PACK FOR THE RESIDENCE HALLS

Current Marquette students are currently compling a comprehensive list of items they found useful when living in the residence halls. Check back in March to download this helpful list!

The standard room accomodations include an extra-long twin bed (36" x 80"), mattress and mattress cover, dresser and mirror, desk, study lamp, desk chair, curtains and telephone with voicemail.

• Blankets and Bedspread
• Pillow and Pillowcase

ACCEPTABLE APPLIANCES:

• Hair Dryers
• Electric shavers
• Curling Irons
• Small Microwaves (6 amps, 700 watts)
• Refrigerators (4 cubic ft max.)
• Televisions
• Personal Computers

FOR YOUR BATHROOM, PLEASE BRING WITH YOU:

• Towels
• Washcloths
• Robes
• Buckets and Toiletries
• Cleaning Supplies *

*Marquette custodial personnel clean the common bathrooms, but students with private bathrooms are responsible for cleaning them.

• Toasters, Deep-fat Fryers, Ovens Camping Stoves and Hot Plates
• Charcoal, Gas and George ForemanTM style grills
• Power Tools
• Subwoofers and Amplifiers for Instruments
