History: The Red Cloud School system is a predominantly Native American (Oglala Lakota) school system on the Pine Ridge Reservation and in the Diocese of Rapid City (Archives: Rapid City, South Dakota). The system is comprised of Red Cloud Elementary School, Red Cloud Middle School, Red Cloud High School, and Our Lady of Lourdes Elementary School, plus The Heritage Center, which also support the Pine Ridge Reservation parishes.
