History: Founded in France, 1796, the Sisters of the Presentation of Mary self-identify with the post-nominal initials, “P.M.” The Sisters made their first U.S. foundation in Vermont, 1886, and staffed St. Francis of Assisi School (e.g. Navajo), Gallup, New Mexico, 1974-1987.
