History: St. Peter the Fisherman Church, Toksook Bay, Bethel Census Area, Alaska, has been a small and predominantly Native American (Yupik Eskimo) parish on Nelson Island of Bering Sea coast and in the Diocese of Fairbanks (Archives: Fairbanks, Alaska).

1964-1990s	Jesuits (Oregon Province) (Archives: St. Louis, Missouri) at St. Joseph’s, Tununak, established and attended to St. Peter the Fisherman Church (Yupik Eskimo), Toksook Bay
1976-present	Permanent deacons (Yupik Eskimo) have ministered to St. Peter’s
1978-1987	A Dominican Sister (unknown) ministered to St. Peter’s
1994-present	Lay administrators (Yupik Eskimo) have served the parish and provided day-to-day administration to St. Peter’s
1990s-present	Visiting Fairbanks diocesan priests and diocesan ministry team members have ministered to St. Peter’s

Jesuits from St. Peter the Fisherman have attended Christ the King Chapel (Yupik Eskimo), Umkumute, 1969-1990s.
