History: The Church of St. Michael, St. Michael, Nome Census Area, Alaska, is a small and predominantly Native American (Yupik Eskimo) parish on St. Michael Island off the Norton Sound coast and in the Diocese of Fairbanks (Archives: Fairbanks, Alaska).
