History: Founded in France, 1650, the Sisters of St. Joseph self-identify with the post-nominal initials, “C.S.J.” They made their foundation in Kansas, 1883, and taught at St. Stephen Mission School (Arapaho, Shoshoni), St. Stephens, Wind River Reservation, Wyoming, 1891-1892.
