Adobe has discontinued perpetual licenses for Acrobat, and their subscriptions are cost-prohibitive. IT Services recommends Foxit Editor Pro, a robust, cost-effective, and easy-to-use PDF editor that offers all the same features as Adobe Acrobat Pro at a fraction of the cost.
