1. When you access a D2L quiz with LockDown Browser enabled, the instructions note LockDown Browser is required. If you don't have this browser, use the Respondus link to download it for free.
   • Windows Installation Instructions for LockDown Browser
     1. From the quiz instructions, click or tap the download link for Respondus LockDown Browser.
     2. Open the downloaded file to install LockDown Browser.
     3. If prompted, select Yes to accept programs from Respondus.
     4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
   • macOS Installation Instructions for LockDown Browser
     1. From the quiz instructions, click the download link for Respondus LockDown Browser.
     2. Follow the download page instructions to get the correct installer.
     3. Double-click the downloaded file to install LockDown Browser.
     4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
2. After installing LockDown Browser, close all open programs. Click or tap the "Launch LockDown Browser" button from within your regular web browser. This will take you to your quiz in LockDown Browser. 
3. Once the quiz starts, you can't access any resources on that computer until you submit the exam.
