IT Services will utilize a maintenance window for technology updates on Thursday night, September 19.
On Thursday, September 19, between 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., the following applications and services may not be available.
If you have pending print jobs in PrintWise, please print / release them prior to the 8:00 p.m. outage. Print queues will be cleared as a result of the maintenance work. Print jobs in queue at that time cannot be restored and must be resubmitted after the maintenance is completed.
BI reports which use MyJob as a data source will be unavailable during this time as well.
Although EmpCenter, the timekeeping system, will be unavailable, timeclocks will accept and retain swipes during the maintenance period.
Internet access, email, Teams, SharePoint, and D2L will remain available throughout the maintenance window.
