Discussion Posting Options
- Default participation is the default setting allowing all students to post and view others' posts without restrictions.
- Allow learners to hide their name from other learners is the anonymous posting setting.
- Learners must start a thread before they can view or reply to other threads is the popular option instructors use to ensure an authentic response from students because they must post first before viewing other replies.
- Posts must be approved before they display in the topic is the option if instructors would like to moderate a discussion.
