Purpose
This report is intended to give insight into students interested in the Lamba Pi Eta Greek Society and where they are in their eligibility. Users can search for specific students and track their eligibility based on when mid term and final grades are posted.
DescriptionFilters allow users to slice and dice the report to find exactly what they need. Most filters are cascading, meaning if you select UARSC as a program you will only get information in the other filters related to students in UARSC. Filters will also transition across report pages if set. The main section of the page is a table of student detail. These tables can be sorted by any field and the data can be exported (instructions below). Note that the tables may scroll off the screen both horizontally and vertically so it may be necessary to use the scroll bars to see all the detail.
Export data instructions
This report allows you to select multiple terms at a time and will show all the data for all selected terms.
Access DetailAccess to the report is determined by the OTR. It is generally used by college academic staff and other student services staff.
