Purpose
This report is intended to provide information on individual student class schedules involving Course Prerequisites per academic term. The first page of the report includes a matrix containing a list of students enrolled in prerequisite courses along with other enrolled classes and the course grades for any course related to the prerequisite taken previously for the selected term. This page only contains students who are taking courses with previously taken prerequisites, which is reflected in the student and course counts.
The second page is a list of all Prereq Courses offered in a given term, and courses offered related to that prerequisite course.

Below the page tabs are the groups of filters allowing users to slice and dice the report to find the information they need. Most filters are cascading, meaning if you select the College of Arts & Sciences, you will only get values in the other filters related to the college of Arts & Sciences
Tables
The first page contains details for student class schedules in a table matrix grouped by Student Name, MUID, Email, Course Dept, Course Term, Catalog Number, Subject, Course Title, Section, and Final Grade for the Courses listed, with Prereq Course, Prereq Term, and Prereq Grade listed for previously taken courses related to the Prereq.
The second page contains details on all prerequisite courses in a table matrix offered in an academic term grouped by Course Department, Course Subject, Term, Catalog Number, and Course Description, with values containing any related courses to the prerequisite course.
Exporting Data
Data can be exported to Excel from any table in the report. There are ellipses at the top right corner of each table that allow for 'More Options'. One of those options is to export data and it will automatically push the data to Excel in a csv format.
Export data instructions
Access DetailAccess to the report is determined by the OTR. It is generally used by college academic staff and other student services staff.
