Purpose
This report delivers detailed term and course academic information for student athletes and their respective teams?for a given term. The summary page of the report?includes three bar chart visualizations for Credits Earned, Cumulative GPA, and Term GPA by sports team. It also contains?a summary table with term and cumulative academic results such as GPA and credits earned.??The second page for grades contains student athlete's?midterm and final grades for all courses.

Course components will only be included on the report if they are considered the graded component (the primary component in?Checkmarq).

Potential Uses
- Review credit and GPA statistics by Team
- Identify student athletes?who have earned incomplete grades or who have withdrawn from courses
- Review final grades after grades are posted at the end of a term
- Review students academic results for the term for recognition or censure

Data Refresh Schedule
The data in this report is refreshed nightly and new grade information is added as it is available. The report will show the past 2 academic years worth of data. The default term selected in the report - i.e. 'Latest Graded Term' - will update after the grading deadline has passed for each term and the Registrar officially posts grades in Checkmarq. The rough timeline for this is below:

DescriptionGrading Posted/Approved Notices
At the top of the report are notices that indicate what grades have been posted/approved. This report will always be available so this serves to notify users what can be expected to be populated.

Filters
Below the page tabs are the groups of filters. These allow users to slice and dice the report to find exactly what they need. Most filters are cascading, meaning if you select UARSC as a program you will only get information in the other filters related to students in UARSC. Filters will also transition across report pages if set. Table The main section of each page is a table of student detail. These tables can be sorted by any field and the data can be exported (instructions below). Note that the tables may scroll off the screen both horizontally and vertically so it may be necessary to use the scroll bars to see all the detail.

This report allows you to select multiple terms at a time and will show all the data for all selected terms.

Term Statistics
These will update as they change in Checkmarq during the term. This table is interactive, and students can be selected with a mouse click to return just their course grades for the term.?

Grade Details
This table has detailed grade information for each course a student was enrolled in for a term. Only graded components are shown (primary components for the course). This table is also interactive and rows can be highlighted to filter the term statistics table.

Exporting Data
Data can be exported to Excel from any table in the report. There are elipses at the top right corner of each table that allow for 'More Options'. One of those options is to export data and it will automatically push the data to Excel in a csv format.

Access DetailAccess to the report is determined by the OTR. It is generally used by college academic staff and other student services staff.
