The Enrollment: International Student Headcount and Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) report allows users to explore a profile of the current International Student population at Marquette University, track demographic characteristics of interest over time, explore those characteristics by college, and finally, see a map of student representation.
In the filters section, users can select between several metrics of interest, including Headcount, FTE, Percent Headcount, and Percent FTE.
International Student: Non-U.S. Citizen/Permanent Resident.
Gender and academic load are not available for summer data.
Full-Time Equivalency (FTE): The sum of the number of full-time, enrolled students and one-third the number of part-time students. Full-time undergraduate and professional students are enrolled in 12 or more credit hours in a semester. Full-time graduate students are enrolled in 9 or more credit hours in a semester. FTEs are rounded to the nearest integer; subtotals may not equal the sum of the categories due to rounding.
First-Year students: These are full-time students enrolled in their first term of post-secondary education.
Students listed under "Other" include Transfusion Medicine, Interdisciplinary PhD and certain Non-Degree Seeking graduate students.
