This report provides chairs, deans, and select members of the Provost Office with comprehensive course evaluation data for their unit(s).
The Profile page provides high-level statistics and trends. Use this page to gain a better understanding of how a unit is doing overall.
The Instructor Scores page provides a deep dive into course evaluation scores by instructor.
The Course Scores page provides a deep dive into course evaluation scores by course.
The Ad Hoc Reporting page provides a way to create an ad-hoc report that fits specific questions and needs.
COVID-19 Important Information: Course evaluations did not occur in the Spring 2020 semester and are therefore not included in this report. Fall 2020 evaluation results may not be consistent with previous or subsequent results because of the substantial changes to class schedules and modalities due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Access DetailsOnly chairs, deans, and select members of the Provost Office will have access to this report. Members of the Provost Office will have access to all the results within the report. Department chairs and deans will have access to the results of each COURSE and results for each INSTRUCTOR in their unit. The department filter on the dashboard is by the department through which the course was taught. If you have instructors that taught a class outside of your department then those departments will show up under the Select Course Department filter.If you notice a missing data issue or if you are able to view data to which you should not have access, please contact OIRA.
