Overview:
The Faculty report shows headcount and full-time-equivalent (FTE) data on Marquette faculty as of the Fall census date, which falls on November 1 each year. Use this report to explore a wide range of faculty characteristics, including college, faculty type, academic rank, tenure status, IPEDS job category, full- or part-time status, gender, race/ethnicity, and racial/ethnic group.

Custom Profile: This page allows you to create a custom bar chart and table by selecting a Y-Axis and a Legend variable.
Trends: Use this page to view trend data.
Filters:
Use the "Report Filters" to select the academic terms and metrics you are interested in. Use the "Faculty Filters" to filter by college, faculty type, academic rank, tenure status, IPEDS job category, full- or part-time status, gender, race/ethnicity, or racial/ethnic group.

Data Refresh Schedule:
Census data for faculty are frozen on November 1 of each year. Census data should be used for official reporting purposes.
When a new term becomes active, preliminary data for the term will be refreshed nightly until the census date, when it will be frozen and become official. Preliminary data should not be reported externally and may contain errors that will be corrected prior to the census date.
