The strength testing dashboard has all the data related to strength and performance testing done in the weight rooms and workout facilities at Marquette. The report includes data from the following sources:
- Eliteform
- Strength Coach Testing
- Force Decks
The report includes pages related to each specific source.
Eliteform Team and Individual
The basis of the eliteform metrics is the comparision of the best individual rep recorded for a given time period against targets of the personal best for each athlete for a given exercise or exercise/weight combination. Metrics for eliteform include Average Velocity, Average Power, Peak Velocity and Peak Power.
Testing Team and Individual
These pages include individual and team breakdowns of the strength testing done by the MU strength coaches. These metrics are captured by the coaches and not by a specific tool or technology (i.e., eliteform or force decks).
Force Decks Team and Individual
These pages have a breakdown of data produced by force deck tests. These test include the Matt Jump, Single Leg Jump and the Hop Jump. A given day's results are compared to the average. Asymmetry results are given for tests that measure left vs. right legs.
