Purpose
This report shows individuals involved in enrollment management how the admission cycle for new degree-seeking undergraduate students is progressing for the current year in comparison to previous years at the same point in time. The report can be filtered by various student programs and characteristics.
Potential Uses
- View how the admission funnel is progressing throughout the admission cycle (i.e. count of applications received, count of admitted students, count of active deposits, etc.)
- Identify whether key registration metrics differ from previous years and explore how the metrics differ by student program and characteristic to determine whether action should be taken.
- View deposits received in the last 7 days or 30 days in comparison to the same period last year to determine if the pace of deposits is tracking similarly and to determine if action is needed.
Data Refresh Schedule
The data in the report is refreshed every morning throughout the admission cycle. The table below describes for each cycle when the report will start running and when it will end.
Admit Term | Report Start Date | Report End Date |
Fall and subsequent Spring | Late October | Late August |
Filters

- A downward pointing arrow indicates that there are fewer individuals in a status compared to this time last year. An upward pointing arrow indicates that there are more individuals in a status compared to this time last year.
- Hover over a metric to see a time trend.
- Counts of current year, prior year, and prior prior year are displayed for comparison purposes.
College and Dept. Detail Bar Graph
