Nursing Major

About our program

Get admitted directly to the College of Nursing and start building the foundation for your career from day one. You’ll get lots of hands-on experience here — in class, state-of-the-art simulation and skills labs, clinicals, research, volunteer activities and more.

You’ll learn to be a skilled nursing professional prepared to serve populations of all ages in a variety of health care settings. And because we study nursing through the lens of Jesuit values, you’ll understand how to care for the entire person — not just the head but also the heart, not just the body but also the soul. Ultimately, you’ll become a leader of care, able to think critically, make sound decisions and support the entire care team.
