707's Restroom Redesign Challenge

A celebration of 100 years of partnership!

Do you have an eye for design? Are you creative? Do you enjoy problem-solving, teamwork, and learning new skills? Do you want to leave your mark on campus? If you said yes to any of these questions — the 707 Hub’s Redo The Loo Challenge is your chance to be BOLD.

Marquette's 707 Hub, home to the Kohler Center for Entrepreneurship and the Social innovation Initiative, is working with Kohler to celebrate 100 years of innovation and collaboration with the 707 Redo the Loo Challenge! This challenge invites students like you to transform the 707 Hub's bathroom into an innovative modern masterpiece complete with fixtures directly from the Kohler Co. 

You’ll have the chance to go behind the scenes at the Kohler Co., work collaboratively with Kohler employees and fellow peers to develop new skills, expand your network and foster real change on campus!

For selected student designers the Challenge will be approximately a 15-hour time commitment, including attendance at the following events:

• The Redo the Loo Kickoff at the 707 Hub, February 7, 2020 12 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. (lunch will be provided)
• Visit to Kohler, February 13, 2020 (Transportation and Meals will be provided)
• Design Day at the 707 Hub, February 28, 2020 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. (Lunch and Design Supplies will be provided)
• Kohler Centennial Celebration at Marquette University, April 7, 2020
