There are many different training opportunities afforded to ROTC cadets. The most frequent ones are physical training, classroom instruction, and leadership labs that occur weekly.
- Physical training ensure introduces cadets to the Army's physical fitness style and ensure that they are in excellent shape.
- Weekly classroom instructions provide cadets with a base knowledge of Army terminology, initially, and delves deeper into tactics and military law as a cadet reaches their senior years.
- Leadership labs allow cadets to hone their skills in the art of leadership and the science of warfare.
- Field training exercises are outstanding opportunities where cadets can train at the outstanding and unique facilities of Fort McCoy for a Weekend.
In addition to campus training activities, cadets are afforded a plethora of summer training opportunities. All cadets will participate in Leader Development and Assessment Course.
