Open House Tours

The University Apartments host a number of open house tours during the Apartment Selection process (September through November).  When scheduled, these dates can be found on the main page of our website.

Tours for a booked apartment

Following the Apartment Selection Process, students may have limited opportunities to tour the apartment type that they have booked.  When possible, we prefer to tour vacant units as to avoid disrupting our current residents.  However, tours are your specific unit are available.  Feel free to contact the apartment manager of the respective building to inquire about tour availability.

General Tours

Apatment tours may be available throughout the year.  Feel free to contact the apartment manager of the building in which you are interested to inquire about tour availability.  Please note the following:

• Apartment managers are students who may have limited availability to schedule on-demand tours
• We strive to limit the interruptions to our student tenants, and therefore encourage interested parties to attend the open house tours
