This online tutorial must be completed by new instructors or other employees before they are given access to student data in CheckMarq.
Instructor / Advisor / D2L Facilitator Role Maintenance Form (PDF)
This form must be completed by a college or department when a new instructor, advisor, or D2L facilitator is hired, or when the role of such a person has changed in CheckMarq.
Schedule of Classes Change Request Form
Schedule builders in the academic departments must use this form to request changes to sections after the SOC building deadline has passed.
Note: Until the third week of the term, the Schedule of Classes Change Request form can be used to request a classroom for review sessions and final exam week if the instructor of the class wishes to offer the exam in a different classroom than the one in which the class itself is typically held. As of the third week of the term, such requests must be made with the AMU Event Management Office.
Schedule of Classes Instructor Change Form
Schedule builders in the academic departments must use this form to make changes to instructors after the Last Date to Withdraw from classes in a Session.
