How Do I Get A Personal Fitness Assessment?

It's easy. Stop in during regularly scheduled office hours, or call the Helfaer Rec Center at (414) 288-5624 or the Rec Plex at (414) 288-3303. We will be glad to answer any questions you may have.

Wednesday - 9am-10am
Thursday - 9am-1pm & 4pm-8pm

Helfaer Rec Center Hours

FREE Injury Evaluation Clinic For STUDENTS - Helfaer Recreation Center, Room 156

Performed by a licensed athletic trainer, the FREE screening includes an injury assessment and recommendations for treatment or physician referral if needed.
